摘要
目的:规范破损药品处理流程,缩短破损药品处理周期,提高工作效率。方法:运用品管圈(QCC)手法,分析我院破损药品处理流程效率不高的原因并制订相应的改进措施,评价品管圈活动后的有形成果和无形成果。结果:实施品管圈活动后,破损药品处理周期由改善前的10.4周降为3.4周,目标达标率为106.1%,进步率为67.3%,破损药品量下降幅度为36.8%,另外圈员们解决问题能力、责任心、沟通协调能力、自信心、团队凝聚力、积极性、QCC手法、和谐度等各方面也都有明显提高。结论 :品管圈可有效规范破损药品处理流程,缩短破损药品处理周期,值得推广。
Objective:To standardize the treatment process of damaged drugs,shorten the treatment period of damaged drugs and improve work efficiency.Methods:The causes of the inefficient treatment process of damaged drugs in our hospital were analyzed by the quality control circle(QCC)method,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated to evaluate the tangible and intangible results of QCC activities.Results:After the implementation of quality control circle activities,the treatment period of damaged drugs was decreased to 3.4 weeks from 10.4 weeks before improvement.The target compliance rate was 106.1%,and the progress rate was 67.3%.The quantity of damaged drugs was decreased by 36.8%.In addition,the problems-solving abilities,responsibility,communication and coordination abilities,self-confidence,team cohesion,enthusiasm,QCC techniques and harmony of the circle members were also improved significantly.Conclusion:The quality control circle can effectively regulate the treatment process of damaged drugs and shorten the treatment cycle of damaged drugs,which is worth promoting.
