摘要
目的:探究机械通气联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗急性肺损伤患儿的临床效果。方法 :选取2015年3月—2017年12月我院收治的急性肺损伤患儿76例,依据随机数字表法分为两组,各38例。对照组予以机械通气治疗,试验组于对照组基础上予以大剂量盐酸氨溴索注射液(300 mg加入250 mL 0.9%氯化钠注射液,静脉滴注,tid)治疗。比较两组治疗效果、并发症发生情况,以及治疗前后动脉血氧分压(PaO_2)水平、PaO_2/吸氧浓度(FiO_2)比值。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后试验组PaO_2、PaO_2/FiO_2水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);两组并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 :采用机械通气联合大剂量盐酸氨溴索注射液治疗小儿急性肺损伤的效果显著,可改善患儿血气指标,且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mechanical ventilation combined with high-dose ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of acute lung injury in children.Methods:76 children with acute lung injury admitted to our hospital from March 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,38 cases each.The children in the control group were treated by mechanical ventilation,and the children in the experimental group were further treated with high-dose ambroxol hydrochloride injection(300 mg injection was added into 250 mL sodium chloride injection,intravenous drip,tid).The therapeutic effect,complications,arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2)and the ratio of PaO2/oxygen concentration(FiO2)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mechanical ventilation combined with high-dose ambroxol hydrochloride injection has a significant therapeutic effect on acute lung injury in children,which can improve the blood gas indexes of the children,and has high safety.
