摘要
为了保证临床用药的安全性和有效性,填补中药临床药学人才的缺乏,中华中医药学会于2016年启动了中药临床药师培训工作,并首次面向全国招收学员。本文回顾中药临床药学的发展,并结合首批中药临床药师培训现状和笔者所在中药临床药师基地培训经验,探索中药临床药师培训模式,为中药临床药师培训模式的完善提供参考。借鉴原卫生部临床药师培训模式的中药临床药师培训模式,较符合临床实际,但需要时间检验。
To ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical drug use and fill up the shortage of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), the China Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine started the training of TCM clinical pharmacists in 2016 and firstly recruited trainees for the whole country. In this article, the development of clinical pharmacists of TCM was reviewed and the training mode of clinical pharmacists was explored according to the training status of the first batch of TCM clinical pharmacists and own training experience from this training for providing a reference for improving the training mode of clinical pharmacists. Based on the training model of clinical pharmacists of the Ministry of Health, the training mode of clinical pharmacists of TCM is consistent with clinical practice but requires time inspection.
