摘要
中医医疗机构是运用中医中药防治疾病,保障人民健康的医疗卫生部门,中医医疗机构的中药临床管理模式在管理方向、学科特色、人才队伍建设、学术氛围、宏观思维等方面有别于西医综合性医院的临床药学,中药临床药学主要服务于中医医院,既有中医药管理的特色,又符合西药药事管理的一些要求。过去很长的一段时间中医医院的药学服务中,主要是对"物"的管理。即对药品的采购、贮存、分发的管理,药品的质量管理,经济管理等,随着现代中医药卫生事业的发展,中医医疗机构药事管理的重心,也应逐步转变为以患者合理用药为中心的临床药学服务,这应该是新世纪中医医院努力的方向。本文旨在探讨研究目前三级甲等中医医院如何在医疗改革的大潮下,转变观念,改变传统工作模式,建立一套适合中医医院发展的中药临床药学链条式管理模式,使中药临床药学工作更系统化、科学化、标准化。
Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)institutions utilize to prevent diseases and protect public health.As the clinical pharmacy of TCM serves mainly in TCM hospitals,its clinical management mode differs from those modes in general hospitals in terms of management direction,discipline characteristics,talent cultivation,academie'atmosphere and macrocosmic thinking,which has both the characteristics of TCM pharmacy management and Western pharmacy management.For a long time before,pharmacy services in TCM hospital mainly concentrated in simple medicines administration.That means the TCM pharmacy services generally just focus on the procurement,storage, distribution,quality control and economic control of the medicine.But with the development and modernization of Chinese medicine,TCM institution should devote more attention on rational administration of drug in normal pharmacy services,which destined to be the trends and the future.The purpose of this study is to discuss how the first class TGM hospitals convert ideas as well as optimize workflow in the context of overall health care reform.Therefore,to establish a complete set of clinical pharmacy-chain management mode that is suitable for hospital of TCM would be necessary to make the clinical pharmacy work more systemized,scientific and standardized.
