摘要
临床医学工作的开展,实则是医学教育活动开展过程中的关键。尤其在社会不断发展的大背景之下,科技的日益进步更是使得患者对于生命质量的要求越来越高,患者的自我保护意识提升,使得传统的临床医学工作开展面临了全新的挑战。该文首先分析了临床技能中心的规模及其作用,重点分析了未来临床技能中心管理人员在模拟医学教育中的具体应用方法,希望能够通过科学的研究切实推动医学教育的发展,切实发挥出临床技能中心管理人员在模拟医学教育中的实际作用。
The development of clinical medical work is actually the key to the development of medical education activities.Especially in the context of the continuous development of society,the increasing advancement of science and technology has made patients more and more demanding on the quality of life,and patients'awareness of self-protection has increased,making the development of traditional clinical medicine facing new challenges.This thesis first analyzes the scale and role of clinical skills centers,and focuses on the specific application methods of clinical skills center managers in simulated medical education in the future.It is hoped that through scientific research,the development of medical education can be effectively promoted,and the actual role of clinical skill center managers in simulated medical education can be effectively brought into play.
