摘要
目的:了解南阳市第一人民医院门急诊处方现状,通过点评与干预,提高处方质量,促进合理用药。方法:按照《处方管理办法》和《医院处方点评管理规范(试行)》的相关规定,从我院2016年1-6月的门急诊处方中每月随机抽取2日处方共12 516张进行统计、点评与分析。结果:平均每张处方用药品种为2.73种,门急诊抗菌药物使用率分别为20.82%和40.31%,平均注射剂使用率为25.60%,基本药物使用率为39.84%,平均每张处方金额为95.32元,不合格处方546张(4.36%),其中不规范处方322张(2.57%),用药不适宜处方224张(1.79%),无超常处方。结论:我院处方合格率达到了国家卫生计生委对三级医院处方合格率不低于95%的要求,但仍存在一些问题,医院应继续加强处方监管,建立长效的干预机制,提高合理用药水平。
Objective:To understand the current situation of prescriptions in outpatient service and emergency of The First People's Hospital of Nanyang City so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and promote rational use of drugs through comments and intervention.Methods:According to the relevant requirements in Prescription Administrative Policy and Management Standard for Hospital Prescription Comment(Trial),a total of12 516 prescriptions were sampled from this hospital from January to June 2016,two days for each months,for statistic analysis and comment.Results:In average,2.73 kinds of drugs were included in each prescription.The application rates of antibacterial agents in outpatient service and emergency were 20.82%and 40.31%respectively.However,the mean application rates of injection and essential drugs were 25.60%and 39.84%respectively.The average amount of money for each prescription was RMB 95.32.A portion of 546 irrational prescriptions were found,accounting for 4.36%of total prescriptions,of which 322(2.57%) were non-standard prescriptions,and 224(1.79%) involved in improper use of drugs.No supernormal prescriptions were found.Conclusion:The qualifiction rate of prescriptions in this hospital met the requirements of not less than 95%for Third Class hospitals.However,there were still some problems.In order to improve the rational use of drugs,the supervision of prescriptions should by further strengthened to establish a long-acting interventional mechanism.
