摘要
目的探讨蒲地蓝消炎胶囊与异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合红蓝光治疗轻中度痤疮患者的疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2018年8月英德市人民医院皮肤科收治的轻中度痤疮患者124例为研究对象,根据治疗方案不同分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=62),对照组采用蒲地蓝消炎胶囊+异维A酸红霉素凝胶治疗,观察组采用蒲地蓝消炎胶囊与异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合红蓝光治疗,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后皮损积分及痤疮分级、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组患者总有效率为91.94%,较对照组的74.19%高(P<0.05),且观察组皮损积分较对照组低,痤疮分级优于对照组(均P<0.05);但观察组不良反应发生率为11.29%(7/62),与对照组的8.06%(5/62)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蒲地蓝消炎胶囊与异维A酸红霉素凝胶联合红蓝光治疗痤疮疗效确切,可有效改善患者皮损情况,减轻痤疮症状,且不良反应少。
Objective To explore the efficacy of the combination of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Capsules(蒲地蓝消炎胶囊)and isotretinoin erythromycin gel with red-blue light in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate acne.Methods A total of 124 patients with mild to moderate acne treated in the Department of Dermatology,People’s Hospital of Yingde City from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected as research objectives and divided into observation group(n=62)and control group(n=62)according to different treatment regimens.The control group was treated with Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Capsules plus isotretinoin erythromycin gel,while the observation group was treated with the combination of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Capsules and isotretinoin erythromycin gel with red-blue light treatment.Clinical efficacy,skin lesion score,acne grade and the incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 91.94%,higher than 74.19%of the control group(P<0.05),the skin lesion score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the acne grade was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).However,the incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 11.29%(7/62),and compared with 8.06%(5/62)of the control group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of the combination of Pudilan Anti-inflammatory Capsules and isotretinoin erythromycin gel with red-blue light in the treatment of acne is obvious.It can effectively improve the condition of skin lesions,reduce the symptoms of acne,and have fewer adverse reactions.
