克癀胶囊体外抑菌作用的研究

摘要 目的研究克癀胶囊的体外抑菌作用。方法以氨苄西林为标准品,京制牛黄解毒片和蒲地蓝消炎胶囊作为对照品,采用牛津杯法和药敏纸片法检测克癀胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、白色念珠菌4种细菌的抑菌作用。结果克癀胶囊药液的浓度对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制有关,即药液浓度越高,抑菌能力越强,其对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)在为0.10~0.20 g/ml。而克癀胶囊对大肠埃希菌或铜绿假单胞菌或白色念珠菌无抑菌作用。结论克癀胶囊对金黄色葡萄球菌有较好的抑制生长作用,抑菌浓度较牛黄解毒片低。 Objective To study the bacteriostatic activity of Kehuang capsule in vitro. Methods System on the basis of Ampicillin, Beijing bezoar detoxify tablets and pu blue anti-inflammatory capsule were selected as reference substance, the Oxford-cup tests and Kir-by-Bauer were adopted to detect the bacteriostatic activity of Kehuang capsule acted on four kinds of bacteria, included staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa and candida albicans. Results The concentration of Kehuang capsule was related to the inhibition of staphylococcus aureus, the higher the concentration of liquid, the stronger the bacteriostatic ability. Its minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) for staphylococcus aureus was 0.10-0.20 g/ml. But Kehuang capsule had no bacteriostatic effect on E.coli or pseudomonas aeruginosa or candida albicans. Conclusion Kehuang capsule has a better inhibitory growth effect on staphylococcus aureus, and the antibacterial concentration is lower than that of bezoar detoxify tablets.
