摘要
现代学徒制是一种在国际上证明有效,在现代职业教育中具有鲜明特征的培养方式,本文在总结借鉴国外现代学徒制成功发展经验的基础上,提出我国应该从加强政府支持、行业引导、企业参与、院校创新等四个方面着手推进我国现代学徒制试点建议。
Modern apprenticeship is a kind of training method which has been proved effective in foreign countries and has distinctive characteristics in modern vocational education.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the successful development experience of foreign modern apprenticeship,it puts forward that China should promote the modern apprenticeship pilots from strengthening support from the government,guidance from trade association,participation of enterprises,and innovation of institutions.
