摘要
6S管理由日本企业的5S扩展而来,本质上是一个最基本的管理工具,是现代工厂行之有效的现场管理理念和方法,主要是对生产型工厂、中小学以及办公室的规范化、标准化的管理手段。在高职院校实训室的管理和日常实训教学中采用6S管理,不仅提升了实训室的形象,还提高了师生上课的效率,降低了浪费,同时还使学生养成了良好的学习习惯和生活素养。
6 s management is the evolution of the 5 s version of Japanese enterprises. Its essence is one of the most basic management tools as well as the effective field management idea and method in modern factories. 6 s management mainly acts as the standardized management method in factories,primary and secondary schools and offices. Through the application of 6 s management in the management of training rooms and daily teaching practice in higher vocational colleges,it can improve the image of the training room,improve the teaching efficiency and reduce waste. Meanwhile,it also enables students to form good learning habits and life quality.
