7S管理广泛应用于现代工厂,有效地创造了生产现场整洁、美观、舒适、安全的工作环境,将提升员工的职业素养和产品品质融于一体,是企业现场管理行之有效的模式。以就业为导向的中职教育,在实训教学中积极与企业管理模式对接,贯彻执行7S管理模式,制定7S管理量化考核标准和激励制度,规范学生的操作,彻底改变脏乱的教学实训环境,提升学生的职业素养,从而培养满足市场需求,企业高度欢迎的高素质一线员工。
7S management is widely used in modern factories,effectively creating the production site clean and beautiful,comfortable and safe working environment,will enhance the employee occupation quality and product quality into one,is the effective enterprise site management mode.Secondary vocational education oriented by employment,training in teaching actively docking with the enterprise management mode,implement the 7S management mode,establish 7S management evaluation standards and incentive system,standardize their operations,completely change the teaching environment dirty,enhance the professional quality of students,so as to develop to meet the market demand,enterprises are highly welcome high quality staff.
