摘要
论述了6S管理的概念及含义,提出将6S管理应用到建筑施工企业的具体内容,并介绍了6S管理的实施步骤和注意事项,应用6S管理,有助于进一步创新建筑施工企业安全管理模式,提高企业的安全管理水平。
6S management means seiri,seiton,seiso,seiketsu,shitsuke in Japanese with roman spelling and safety in English.Contents for application of 6S management in building construction corporations are suggested,and implementing steps and attention points for 6S management are introduced.This paper indicates that the 6S management can be helpful in innovation of safety management model of building construction corporations and improving of safety management level.
