摘要
行动导向法,是指教师按照职业工作过程来确定学习领域,设置学习情境,开展教学活动。其符合我国高等职业教育的以"就业"为导向,以"岗位需求"为目标教学的指导思想。有助于提高学生的实际工作能力和解决问题能力,有助于培养学生的综合职业能力。
Action Guide Approach means that the teacher decides the learning fields,sets up learning situation and carries out teaching activities,according to the profession work process. It is in line with the guiding ideology of higher vocational education in our country,which takes 'employment'as guidance,and 'post demand'as the goal. It is helpful to improve the students' actual working ability and problem-solving ability. It is also helpful to cultivate the students' comprehensive vocational ability.
