摘要
整理古医籍及现代医家临证经验,总结肉桂具有以下特点。1)临床多用1~75 g。2)结合疾病、证型、症状选择肉桂最佳剂量。如补火助阳用于治疗沉寒痼冷之疾时用量最大,常用量为10~30 g,最大量可用至75 g;散寒止痛多用于治疗阳虚寒凝之痛经、腹痛,常用量为3~12 g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状配伍相应中药。如补火助阳常配伍附子、干姜,散寒止痛常配伍吴茱萸、小茴香等,引火归元常配伍砂仁、龙骨、牡蛎等。
Summarize the clinical experience and application of cinnamon from ancient medical books and modern physicians, and draw the following conclusion: First, the clinical dosage range is 1-75 g. Second, according to diseases, type of syndromes and symptoms, we choose the best dosage of cinnamon. For instance, when treating cold disease using its tonifying fire, its dosage is 10-30 g, the maximum dosage is 75 g;when treating dysmenorrhea and stomachache caused by cold using its dispelling cold and lessening pain, its dosage is 3-12 g. Third, when treating diseases, type and syndromes and symptoms, cinnamon compatibles with different herbs. For example, cinnamon often compatibles with aconite, dried ginger using its tonifying fire;cinnamon often compatibles with evodia, fennel using its dispelling cold and lessening pain. Matching with villous amomum fruit, bone fossil of big mammals and oyster shell to conduct fire back to its origin.
