摘要
目的:综述近10年原发性痛经的中医药研究进展,为临床、科研提供理论依据。方法:查阅近十年来中医药杂志中关于治疗原发性痛经的复方汤剂,并对其进行归纳、分析和总结。结果:目前有关原发性痛经的中医药研究主要从病因病机、辨证论治等方面进行了深入研究,从不同层面揭示中医药治疗痛经的疗效机制。结论:中医药对原发性痛经具有较好的治疗作用和开发研究价值。
Objective： To review the research progress of Chinese medicine in treating primary dysmenorrheal to provide the theoretical foundation for clinic and scientific research. Methods ： The compound prescriptions for primary dysmenorrhea of recent 10 years in TCM magazines were checked, and were generalized, analyzed as well as summarized systematically. Results ： At present, in-depth studies on Chinese medicine for primary dysmenorrhea were mainly from etiology, pathogenesis and treatment based on syndrome differentiation, which revealed the effective mechanism of Chinese medicine in treating primary dysmenorrhea from different perspectives. Conclusion： Chinese medicine has better therapeutic effect, development and research value for primary dysmenorrhea.
