摘要
目的探讨心理韧性在凝聚力与军校学员抑郁之间的中介作用。方法采用组织认同量表、部队凝聚力量表和生活满意度、积极消极情绪量表对418名军校学员进行测查。结果凝聚力4个维度[战士间情感支持(3.95±0.56),战士间任务支持(3.47±0.81),上下级任务支持(3.30±0.72),上下级情感支持(3.31±0.68)]在不同年级上的差异有统计学意义(t=5.36、10.88、9.36、11.22,均P<0.01)。凝聚力对抑郁有显著的负向预测作用(β=-0.46,P<0.01)。心理韧性在凝聚力与军校学员抑郁之间起到部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的23.66%。结论心理韧性在凝聚力与军校学员抑郁之间起到部分中介作用。
[Objective]To explore the mediating effect of psychological resilience between cohesion and depression among military cadets.[Methods]A total of 418 military cadets were investigated by the organizational identification scale,military cohesion scale,and life satisfaction,positive and negative emotion scale.[Results]The differences of four dimensions of cohesion[soldier emotional support(3.95±0.56),soldier task support(3.47±0.81),superior and subordinate task support(3.30±0.72),superior and subordinate emotional support(3.31±0.68)]in different grades were statistically significant(t=5.36,10.88,9.36,11.22,all P<0.01).Cohesion had a significant negative predictive effect on depression(β=-0.46,P<0.01).Psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between cohesion and depression among military cadets,accounting for 23.66%of the total effect.[Conclusion]Psychological resilience plays a part of mediating role between cohesion and depression among military cadets.
