摘要
中医博大精深,广泛用于治疗临床各种疾病,取得显著疗效。王灿晖教授为全国著名中医学家,中医温病及内科学专家,长期从事临床工作,积累了丰富的诊疗经验,对于治疗瘀热证具有独到见解,形成了鲜明的临床特色,值得临床学习及探究。主要介绍了滋阴凉血活血法的立论基础及其治疗瘀热证的作用机理,与其他方法的配伍应用,瘀热证的病理特点及辨证要点,王灿晖教授治疗瘀热证的用药思路和常用方药,并附医案一例糖尿病患者以供读者参考,以探究滋阴凉血活血法的治疗价值。
Chinese and western medicine is extensive and profound,widely used in the treatment of various clinical diseases,and has achieved remarkable curative effect.Professor WANG Canhui is a famous expert of traditional Chinese medicine warm diseases and internal medicine.He has unique views on the treatment of blood stasis syndrome and rich treatment experience,which is worthy of clinical study and exploration.Nourishing Yin,cooling Qi and blood is mainly introduced in this paper,including the theoretical foundation and the mechanism for the treatment of blood stasis heat syndrome,coordinating with other methods,the pathological changes of stasis heat and sydnrome differentiation points.Professor WANG Canhui’s treatment medication andthe medical report was introduced to explore the value of nourishing Yin,cooling blood and blood-activation therapy.
