摘要
中医药在防治糖尿病大血管并发症方面具有明显优势,并形成了一定的理论体系。随着现代分子生物学技术的发展,将中医药对于糖尿病大血管病变治疗机制提升到分子水平进行研究已成为可能,利用现代分子生物学技术及理论知识,分析其细胞信号转导通路及其调控机制,最终构建出中医中药对于糖尿病大血管并发症的治疗机制体系是今后的研究方向。
Till now,traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) shows an obvious advantage of effec- tively preventing and curing diabetic large vascular disease,and a theoretical system of TCM pre- venting and curing the diabetic large vascular disease is established.With the development of molecular biological technique,it is possible to study the therapeutic mechanism of TCM for diabet- ic large vascular disease at the molecular level.It is expected to construct the therapeutic mecha- nism of TCM for diabetic large vascular disease by analyzing the intracellular signal transduction pathway and its regulatory mechanism with the molecular biological technique in the near future.
