摘要
目的探讨凉血化瘀法治疗肾虚瘀热证系统性红斑狼疮的临床效果。方法选取2013年2月—2016年2月于我院治疗的120例肾虚淤热证系统性红斑狼疮的患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组采取西医治疗,观察组采取西医联合中医凉血化淤法治疗。分析比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组治疗后的临床症状改善情况明显优于对照组,观察组患者的治疗有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论西医结合中医凉血化瘀法治疗系统性红斑狼疮,治疗有效率高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cooling blood and removing stasis therapy on systemic lupus erythematosus with kidney defciency and blood stasis heat syndrome. Methods From February 2013 to February 2016, 120 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus of kidney deficiency heat stasis syndrome were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 60 cases in each group. The control group took western medicine treatment, the observation group took medicine combined with TCM Blood Stasis treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The improvement of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, and the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, higher than that of the control group 80.00% （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Western medicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine cooling blood stasis therapy for systemic lupus erythematosus, treatment efciency is high.
