在正常中老年人群开展肝主疏泄与认知衰老试验的可行性分析 被引量:4

Feasibility of Test of Liver Governing Free Flow of Qi and Mild Cognitive Dysfunction in Normal Middle and Old People

摘要 从生理学研究出发,根据蒙特利尔认知评估量表(Montreal cognitive assessment scale,MoCA)、艾森克人格问卷(Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,EPQ)成人版从中筛选出认知功能正常的情绪稳定型和情绪不稳定型被试,采用流体智力、事件相关电位、生物反馈、HPA轴、衰老生物学指标、端粒长度及活性等研究进一步验证我课题组提出的'情志不调-肝失疏泄致衰说'为中医衰老以及肝主疏泄理论增添新的科学内涵。 Starting from physiology research,according to the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQadult edition),normal emotional stability and emotional instability subjects were selected.The fluid intelligence,event related potential,biofeedback,HPA axis,aging biology index,telomere length and active research further verify the theory of'emotion disorder-aging due to liver failing to make Qi flow freely'which proposed by our research team and add new TCM scientific connotation.
