摘要
目的:观察中药灌肠配合盐酸坦索罗辛口服治疗慢性前列腺炎湿热瘀滞型的临床疗效。方法:50例给予盐酸坦索罗辛缓释胶囊口服,配合中药保留灌肠,4周为一疗程,治疗2个疗程。结果:治愈17例,显效19例,有效11例,无效3例。治愈率34%,总有效率94%。治疗结束后EPS中WBC个数,最大尿流率,平均尿流率,排尿症状评分,疼痛症状评分,生活质量评分较治疗前均有降低(P<0.05)。结论:中药灌肠配合盐酸坦索罗辛口服治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of herbal enema combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride in the treatment of chronic prostatitis of stagnation of heat and dampness type. Method:50 patients were given Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Sustained Release Capsule orally combined with herbal retention enema,4 weeks as one course of treatment. They were treated for two courses of treatment.Result:There were 17 cases cured,19 cases markedly effective,11 cases effective and 3 cases invalid. The curative rate was 34%and the total effective rate was 94%.The WBC count,maximum urinary flow rate,average urinary flow rate,voiding symptom score,pain symptom score and quality of life score of EPS patients after treatment were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Herbal enema combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride is effective in the treatment of chronic prostatitis of stagnation of heat and dampness type.
