摘要
目的研究中西医结合治疗湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法144例湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎患者,随机分为实验组(66例)与参照组(78例)。参照组实施直肠微波热疗,实验组实施中药灌肠联合前列舒乐片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果及慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)。结果实验组总有效率95.45%(63/66)高于参照组的76.92%(60/78),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组和参照组的尿道疼痛评分分别为(4.06±1.15)、(5.67±1.88)分,睡眠质量评分分别为(3.01±0.91)、(3.79±1.12)分,排尿异常评分分别为(2.29±0.99)、(3.87±1.73)分。治疗后,实验组尿道疼痛、睡眠质量、排尿异常评分均低于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对湿热下注型慢性前列腺炎患者采取中西医结合治疗取得了理想效果,能够提高治疗效果,促进患者康复。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of 66 cases of chronic prostatitis with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome.Methods A total of 144 cases of chronic prostatitis patients with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into experimental group(66 cases)and reference group(78 cases).The reference group was treated with rectal microwave hyperthermia,and the experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine enema combined with Qianlie Shule tablets.The therapeutic effect and National Institutes of Health-chronic prostatitis symptom index(NIH-CPSI)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.45%(63/66)of the experimental group was higher than 76.92%(60/78)of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urethral pain scores of the experimental group and the reference group were(4.06±1.15)and(5.67±1.88)points,the sleep quality scores were(3.01±0.91)and(3.79±1.12)points,and the urinary abnormality were(2.29±0.99)and(3.87±1.73)points.After treatment,the scores of urethral pain,sleep quality and urinary abnormality in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has ideal effect on chronic prostatitis patients with downward flow of damp-heat syndrome,and can improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of patients.
