摘要
本文从功率谱、协调性和脑电微状态3个指标的改变综述了精神分裂症患者静息态脑电的特征,比较一致的发现是,患者低频δ和θ功率增强,而这种改变似乎未出现在其一级亲属中;γ协调性的降低,且这一改变在患者的局部脑区和全脑均有发现;患者脑电微状态中注意相关的D类微状态覆盖率降低,而其他微状态增加。这些静息态脑电指标的特异性改变,能够帮助我们寻求可能的精神分裂症内表型,为疾病的早期筛查和识别提供可能性。
This paper critically reviews spectral power,coherence,and microstates of resting-state electroencephalography(EEG)findings in patients with schizophrenia.This review indicates that,power of slow wave,such as delta and theta bands,is decreased,while first-degree relatives of patients may be free from such change.Gamma coherence and synchronization are decreased in both local and whole brain regions of the patients.The brain microstates of patients with schizophrenia are different from healthy controls,with decreasing coverage of microstate D(related to attentional function)and increasing coverage of other 3 microstates.Taken together,these specific changes in resting EEG parameters could help us to look for possible endophenotype for schizophrenia and provide possibilities for early screening and identification of this clinical group.
