摘要
目的探讨行动体验式心理健康教育对合并心力衰竭和焦虑抑郁的老年糖尿病患者的效果。方法选取我科2018年8月~2020年10月期间103例合并心力衰竭和焦虑抑郁的老年糖尿病患者按照抽签的方式分为两组。对照组51例给予常规健康教育,观察组52例给予行动体验式心理健康教育,对比两组患者焦虑抑郁情绪,心理应激,自我管理效能。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS),抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,态度评分较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组去甲肾上腺素(NE),肾上腺素(E),皮质醇(Cr)水平,态度和行为(KAB)疾病知识评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论行动体验式心理健康教育对合并心力衰竭和焦虑抑郁的老年糖尿病患者的效果好,能够减少患者焦虑情绪,降低患者心理应激反应,提高自我效能。
Objective To analyze the effect of action-experience mental health education on elderly diabetes patients with heart failure,anxiety and depression.Methods From August 2018 to October 2020 in our department,103 elderly diabetes patients with heart failure,anxiety and depression were divided into two groups according to lottery.51 patients in the control group were given regular health education,and 52 patients in the observation group were given action-experience mental health education.The anxiety and depression,psychological stress,and self-management efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and attitude scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The observation group's norepinephrine(NE),epinephrine(E),cortisol(Cr)levels,attitude and behavior(KAB)disease knowledge scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Actionbased mental health education is effective for elderly patients with diabetes mellitus combined with heart failure anxiety and depression.It can reduce the anxiety of patients,reduce the psychological stress response of patients,and improve self-efficacy.
