摘要
[目的]评价土木香合剂治疗慢性胆囊炎的临床疗效。[方法]将68例慢性胆囊炎患者按数字表法随机分为治疗组及对照组各34例。治疗组给予土木香合剂随症加减,每日1剂,早晚分服。对照组给予消炎利胆片,每次6片,每日3次。2组疗程均为4周。治疗前后对右胁疼痛、腹部胀满、上腹部压痛、恶心呕吐、纳差、口苦口干、神疲乏力、排便改变进行中医临床症状评分;彩超检测胆囊大小及胆囊壁的厚度、毛燥等情况,比较2组中医症状疗效及彩超变化。[结果]治疗组临床疗效总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率82.35%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组右胁疼痛、腹部胀满、上腹部压痛、恶心呕吐、纳差、口苦口干、神疲乏力、排便改变症状积分及总症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组胆囊超声疗效总有效率82.35%,对照组总有效率64.71%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]土木香合剂治疗慢性胆囊炎可明显改善临床症状,疗效确切。
[Objective]To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Tumuxian mixture in treating chronic cholecystitis.[Methods]Sixty-eight patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(34 cases)and the control group(34 cases)by a random number table.Patients in the treatment group were received 1 dose Tumuxian mixture twice daily,and the control group were received 6 pills xiaoyanlidan tables thrice daily.All patients in both groups received 4 weeks treatment.Before and after treatment,scores of the main symptoms were recorded,and ultrasonic testing of gallbladder was detected.[Results]The total efficient rate in the treatment group was 94.12%,which was superior to that of 82.35%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of pain in right lateral thorax,abdominal fullness and distention,epigastric tenderness,nausea and vomiting,poor appetite,bitter taste and dry mouth,physically and mentally fatigued,change of stool and total symptom in the treatment group were inferior to those in the control group(P<0.05).The effect rate of cholecystic ultrasound in the treatment group was 82.35%,which was superior to that of 64.71%in the control group(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Tumuxian mixture could improve clinical symptoms of chronic cholecystitis,and have accuracy curative effect to treat chronic cholecystitis.
