摘要
目的研究中药土木香的化学成分。方法用硅胶柱色谱和制备薄层等方法从乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位分离化合物,通过波谱方法鉴定其结构。结果从土木香中分离得到13个单体化合物,并鉴定了其结构。结论化合物I^XIII均属倍半萜内酯,依次为脱氢木香内酯、木香烯内酯、11β,13-二氢木香烯内酯、reynosin、11β,13-dihydroreynosin、珊塔玛内酯、11β,13-二氢珊塔玛内酯、11β,13-二氢木兰内酯、11β,13-二氢-β-环广木香内酯、11β,13-二氢-α-环广木香内酯、1β-hydroxycolartin、土木香内酯和异土木香内酯。其中,化合物IV^XI为首次从该植物中得到。
Objective To investigate the sesquiterpenoid constituents of Inula helenium L. Methods Silica gel column chromatography and PTLC were used to separate and purify the compounds from the petroleum ether soluble fraction of ethanol extract. The chemical structures were elucidated by spectral method. Results Thirteen compounds were isolated. Conclusion They were identified as dehydrocostus lactone （Ⅰ）, costunolide （Ⅱ） , 11β,β - dihydro - costunolide （Ⅲ） , reynosin （Ⅳ）, 11β,β - dihydro - reynosin （Ⅴ）, santamarine （Ⅵ）, 11β,β - dihydro - santamarin （Ⅶ）, 11β,β - dihydromagnolialide （ Ⅷ）, 11β, β - dihydro - β - cyclo - costunolide （IX） , 11β,β - dihydro - α - cyclo - costunolide （Ⅹ） , 1β - hydroxyolartin （Ⅺ） , alantolactone （ⅩⅡ） and isoalantolactone （ⅩⅢ）, repectively. The compounds above all are sesquitepene lactones, and compounds Ⅳ-Ⅺ have been obtained from this plant source for the first time.
