摘要
本文基于木香的主要化学成分,重点考察了木香中具有明显抗菌、抗肿瘤等药效作用的去氢木香内酯和木香烯内酯的药理研究成果,并以增加药效为目的,综述了去氢木香内酯和木香烯内酯结构修饰和衍生方法的研究进展。
Based on the main chemical components of Aucklandiae radix （the dried root of Saussurea costus （ Falc. ） Li- pech） ,the pharmacological research results of dehydrocostus lactone and costunolide, such as clear anti-bacterial, anti- tumor and so on,were investigated in this paper. In order to strengthen the pesticide effectiveness of dehydrocostus lac- tone and costunolide,the relative structure modification and derivation methods and techniqueswere reviewed in details.
