摘要
本文通过理论分析解构了工程项目的风险分担整体框架,构建了以风险初次分担为前因、风险再分担为中介、工程项目管理绩效为结果的概念模型,并运用结构方程模型的方法进行实证检验。研究结果表明:(1)风险初次分担与风险再分担之间具有显著的互补与联动关系;(2)风险初次分担,尤其是其中的事后支持制度对工程项目管理绩效的总影响效应显著;(3)风险再分担的实施效率对工程项目管理绩效具有显著的正向影响,而风险再分担规模的影响并不显著。本研究有利于引导工程项目交易双方制定更为合理的风险分担方案,从而促使项目成功。
Through a thorough literature review,the whole framework of risk allocation in construction project is broken down and a conceptual model including the first risk allocation,the risk reallocation and the construction project management performance is developed.Then the model is tested using structural equation modeling. The main findings are as follows:(1) first risk allocation and risk reallocation complement each other highly;(2) first risk allocation,especially the ex post supporting institution of it,has strong impact(both direct and indirect) on construction project management performance;(3) the efficiency of risk reallocation has strong positive impact on construction project management performance,while the scale of risk reallocation has no impact on it. In summary,this study can help lead the owner and the contractor to more proper risk allocation,and this can contribute to project success.
