摘要
作为提升工程项目绩效的主体,承包商的合作行为受到广泛关注;然而现有关于合同与关系治理对承包商合作行为的影响研究仍存在分歧,三者间联系的"黑箱"有待挖掘。基于问卷调查,采用PLS-SEM分析合同治理和关系治理对承包商合作行为的影响。研究结果表明:合同治理的三个维度(完整性、明确性和执行度)与关系治理的四个维度(沟通、承诺、灵活性和信任)都能对承包商被动要求和主动自愿的合作行为产生促进作用。
As the main body to improve the performance of construction projects,the cooperative behavior of contractors has received extensive attention.However,the existing research on the impact of contracts and relationships on contractors’cooperative behavior is still controversial.Thus the"black box"of the connections between contracts,relationships,and cooperative behavior needs to be opened.Based on the questionnaire survey,this paper uses the structural equation model to analyze the impact of contractual governance and relational governance on contractors’cooperative behavior.The research results show that the three dimensions of contractual governance(integrity,clarity,and execution)and the four dimensions of relational governance(communication,commitment,flexibility,and trust)can both promote passively required cooperative behavior and active voluntary cooperative behavior of contractors.
