摘要
本文将技术主导型产业链董事会作为以技术董事为核心拥有不同知识背景人组成的团队,以协同治理机制架构为目标,协同能力为视角,提炼出知识、关系、信息、权力、动力、时间、技术董事协同效应和产业链董事会追求价值效应等八个影响董事会协同能力因素,构建了相关理论模型。研究发现除信息外,其它因素对产业链董事会协同能力产生显著影响。并基于经验验证,以S集团架构产业链为例,验证了影响因素和各项指标解释能力,其结果为我国产业链董事会协同能力评估提供理论依据。
In this paper,we construct a theoretical model of synergetic capacity in industry chain board.By taking the technical leading industry chain board as the core of technical director team which consists of people from different background,taking the structure of synergetic governance mechanism as the goal,the synergetic capacity as the view,we extract eight factors that influence the synergetic capacity in industry chain board,which are knowledge,relationship,authority,motivation,time,the synergetic effects of technical directors and pursuit value chain for industry chain board.Research shows that,besides the information,other factors have remarkable influences on the industrial chain board's synergetic capacity.Based on the empirical investigation,taking group's industrial chain as an example,we confirm the influences and explanatory power to various indexes,thus the result provides a theoretical basis for appraising our country's synergetic capacity industry chain board.
