The Study of Innovative Mechanism of Knowledge Team Based on Learning from Knowledge Network

摘要 知识团队是组织执行创新性任务的重要组织形式,同时它也是知识员工知识分享、整合和创造的基本单位。引入知识空间、知识链及知识链网络的概念,分析了知识工作者、知识链网络与知识团队的相互联系,并对基于创新性任务的知识链网络与知识型团队互动机制进行了探讨。 Knowledge team is structure adapting to innovation task, which is also the unit facilitating knowledge sharing, integrating and innovation. In this paper, we firstly introduce knowledge space, chain and network" concepts, then expound the relationship of knowledge teams and network .At last, we describe innovative mechanism of knowledge team hased on learning from knowledge network.
