摘要
油田物资实施配送管理是降本增效的有效途径,也是规范物资管理的重要手段,还是物资管理创新的重要举措。油田物资配送管理总体机制架构包括物资配送管理机制、物资配送工作机制、物资配送管理的组织架构、物资配送业务流程和物资配送各环节的协调与控制机制。中原油田实施物资配送管理后,取得了良好效果。应针对油田实施物资配送管理后存在的问题,采取必要措施,进一步完善油田物资配送管理工作。
The effective ways to reduce cost and increase efficiency for oil field material delivery management are also significant methods to regulate material management, and important measures of material management innovation. The overall system structure of oil field material delivery management includes material delivery management system, material delivery working system, organizational structure of material delivery management, transaction process of material delivery management, coordination and control system of material management segments. Zhongyuan Oilfield has achieved good effects after the implementation of material delivery management. For problems in the oil field after the implementation of material delivery management, people should take necessary measures to further improve the work of oil field material delivery management.
