脂肪酸合成酶、VEGF和MMP-9在卵巢癌组织及外周血中的表达及其临床意义 被引量:8

摘要 卵巢癌是死亡率处于首位的妇科恶性肿瘤疾病[1],患者早期临床症状及体征较为隐匿,极易出现淋巴结或其他脏器组织转移及播散等现象,导致患者预后极差。上述恶性生物学行为与肿瘤的特殊物质、能量生理代谢之间存在密切的联系,而脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthetase,FASN)是在其中起到重要作用的功能蛋白酶,其不但可调节物质.
