摘要
人工食用菌市场热销品种主要有金针菇、香菇、木耳、平菇等,这些热销品种在古代就已经有文献记载报道,表明中国作为食用菌生产大国,食用菌历史悠久丰富。到了近代中国,食用菌产业因为清政府的腐败和战事的动乱发展停滞。而随着新中国的成立和改革开放后,食用菌产业百花齐放,人工食用菌热销品类得到空前的发展。出现了南菇北移、北菇南销的发展模式。食用菌产业的未来发展趋势必定是人工食用菌品类丰富化、栽培方式多样化、食用菌产业链延伸化、食用菌基础科学研究深入化。
The main hot-selling varieties of cultivating edible fungi include Flammulina velutipes,Lentinus edodes,Auricularia auricula,Pleurotus ostreatus,etc.These hot-selling varieties have been reported in ancient times,indicated that China has a long history of edible fungi and edible fungi cultivating.The edible fungi industry has stagnated due to the corruption of the Qing government and the turmoil of the war.With the establishment of the new China and the reform and open,the edible fungi industry has blossomed,and the hot-selling cultivating edible fungi varieties have developed unprecedentedly.The development model of southern-edible-fungi-northward-moving and the northern-edible-fungisouthward-sale have appeared.The future development trend of the edible fungi industry must be the enrichment of cultivating edible fungi,the diversification of cultivating methods,the extension of edible fungi industry chain,and the deepening of edible fungi basic scientific research.
