摘要
香菇是辽宁省重要的经济作物之一,近年来得到了迅猛的发展,逐渐形成了以香菇产业为核心的产业链,并成功带动省内各地区发展。该文通过对辽宁省各地区香菇产业的调研,总结了产业发展现状及问题,并提出了相关对策建议,以期为辽宁省香菇产业的快速发展提供借鉴和思考。
Lentinula edodes is one of the important economic crops in Liaoning province.In recent years,it has developed rapidly,and has gradually formed an industrial chain with L.edodes industry as the core,and has successfully driven the development of various regions in Liaoning province.Through the investigation of L.edodes industry in various regions of Liaoning province,this paper summarized the development status and problems,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide reference and thinking for the rapid development of L.edodes industry in Liaoning province.
