餐厨垃圾栽培食用菌技术及其应用研究

摘要 食用菌味道鲜美,富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质、维生素以及膳食纤维等,是人们生活的重要饮食。应用餐厨垃圾对食用菌进行培养,不仅可以变废为宝,提高餐厨垃圾利用率,降低资源消耗,而且可以提高食用菌产量,为食用菌的增产增收奠定良好的基础。基于此,文章分析了餐厨垃圾栽培食用菌技术及其应用。 The edible fungus is delicious and rich in many kinds of amino acids,proteins,vitamins and dietary fiber,and is an important dietary kind in people's life.The method for culturing the edible fungi by using the kitchen waste not only can change waste into valuable,improve the utilization rate of the kitchen waste,reduce the resource consumption,but also can improve the yield of the edible fungi and create the basis for increasing the yield and the income of the edible fungi.On the basis of this,the paper mainly analyzes the related technology of the culture of edible fungi,and probes into the way to improve the culture effect.
