国产新型生物疝修补片与聚丙烯产品在腹股沟疝修补术中的疗效对比 被引量:13

Comparative study on the application of a new type of biologic mesh and polypropylene product in inguinal hernioplasty

摘要 目的探讨牛心包生物疝修补片在腹股沟疝治疗中的应用价值。方法对2010年5月至2011年3月,首都医科大学附属北京朝阳医院132例患者的临床资料进行前瞻性随机分组分析。前瞻性随机分为对照组和试验组,每组患者66例。试验组使用牛心包生物疝修补片,对照组使用聚丙烯平片补片。记录2组患者手术前后的临床参数及术后各种并发症的发生例数,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果 2组患者在手术时间、术后住院日数、近期疗效、手术前后临床参数和术后并发症发生情况等方面比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论牛心包生物疝修补片是一种安全、可靠的腹股沟疝修补材料。 Objective To compare the application of biologic mesh(bovine pericardium manufactured by Beijing Balance Medical Technology Company with polypropylene mesh in the tension-free inguinal hernioplasty,to evaluate the value of Balance acellular tissue matrix(ACTM)in the tension-free inguinal hernioplasty.Methods With a prospective study from May 2010 to March 2011 in Beijing Chaoyang Hospital,Capital Medical University,the patients were randomized divided into two groups,66 people in each.The trial group was performed with bovine pericardium biologic mesh,and the control group used polypropylene mesh.The clinical parameters before and after surgery and the incidence of various complications were recorded,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results Statistical analysis was performed on the short-term efficacy,preoperative and postoperative clinical parameters and postoperative complications of the two groups.There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of operation time,hospitalization stay,short-term efficacy,preoperative clinical parameters and postoperative complications.Conclusion Balance acellular tissue matrix is a safe and reliable material for inguinal hernioplasty.
