摘要
铜酞菁(CuPc)由于其结构稳定、色泽鲜艳、着色力强,被广泛地应用于涂料、印刷油墨、染料行业中,但其分子溶解度差、极易聚集、直接性低,应用受到很大限制。文中将铜酞菁衍生物接枝于水性聚氨酯高分子链上,制备得到水性聚氨酯基铜酞菁高分子染料(CupcPU),利用紫外-可见吸收光谱、红外光谱和粒径分布进行表征,研究了其离心稳定性。结果表明,所合成的水性聚氨酯基铜酞菁高分子染料用于棉织物涂层,得色均匀,且具有较高的各项色牢度。
The structure of Copper phthaiocyanine is stable,which has bright color and good color fastness,so it is widely used in coatings,printing inks and dyes.However,its molecular solubility is poor,and easy to aggregate,whose directness is low,so its application is greatly limited.In this paper,copper phthalocyanine(CuPc)was used as raw material to synthesize a high soluble copper phthalocyanine derivative,which was grafted onto a waterborne polyurethane polymer chain to prepare a class of waterborne polyurethane-based copper phthalocyanine polymer dyes.The UV-visible absorption spectroscopy,infrared spectroscopy and particle size distribution were used to characterize the centrifugal stability.The results show that the synthesized waterborne polyurethane-based copper phthalocyanine polymer dye has uniform color and high color fastness for cotton fabric coating.
