摘要
通过较为简便的方法,以邻苯二甲酸酐和尿素为起始原料五步法合成了三种偶氮基取代酞菁.包括2,9,16,23-四-(4-N,N-二甲胺基苯偶氮基)酞菁钴(Ⅱ)、2,9,16,23-四-(2,5-二羟基苯偶氮基)酞菁钴(Ⅱ)和2,9,16,23-四-(4-羟基苯偶氮基)酞菁钴(Ⅱ),对产物进行IR、UV-vis光谱测定和表征以及热重分析,对比了四种化合物谱学性质和热稳定性,结果表明:偶氮基取代酞菁与无取代酞菁相比,Q带最大吸收波长发生不同程度的红移,偶氮基取代酞菁钴比无取代的酞菁钴热稳定性要好.
The three phthalocyanine compounds including 4-(4-N, N-dimethylamino- phenylazo)-phthalocyanine cobalt ( Ⅱ ), 4- ( 2,5-dihydroxy-phenylazo ) -phthalocyanine cobalt ( Ⅱ ) and 4- (4-hydroxyl-phenylazo) -phthalocyanine cobalt ( Ⅱ )( all the azo groups in 2,9,16,23 position) are prepared by five steps from the phthalie an- hydride and urea as the initial raw materials. The structure and properties are characterized by IR spectra, UV- Vis electronic absorption spectra and thermal analysis. The result shows that compared with the phthaloeyanine cobalt with non-substitution, different degrees of red shift on the Q band with maximum absorption of the substitute phthalocyanine occur. It is therefore proved that the azo-group substituted phthalocyanine cobalt has more thermostability.
