摘要
海岛型涤纶纤维经过处理后得到超细涤纶。该类纤维制成的织物质地柔软、手感丰润、耐磨性好、应用范围广,但因比表面积大,不易匀染,染深性及染色牢度较差。为此,从纤维改性前处理、新型染料和助剂的开发、染整新技术应用等方面对超细涤纶面料的染色技术进行了研究,为超细涤纶产品的染色工艺开发及产业化生产提供了新思路。
The superfine polyester fiber was obtained via alkali pretreatment of sea-island polyester fibers.The fabric,weaved by superfine polyester fibers,showed soft texture,plump handle,great abrasion resistance,leading to wide range of applications.However,due to the large surface,the superfine polyester fabric exhibited bad levelness,poor dyeing depth and color fastness.In order to solve addressing these issues,the dyeing technology of the superfine polyester fabric was studied by various aspects,including pretreatment of fiber modification,development of novel dyes/auxiliaries,and new technology applications of dyeing and finishing.And those studies provided new idea for the dying process development and industrialized production of the superfine polyester fabric.
