蓝莓功效的研究进展 被引量:17

摘要 蓝莓又名越橘,全世界约有400余种,中国约有91个种28个变种,目前主栽的品种有高丛蓝莓、矮丛蓝莓和兔眼蓝莓3个种类。蓝莓品种丰富,果实中含有大量类黄酮、花色苷、酚酸等生物活性物质,以及氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪、食用纤维、果糖、维生素、矿物质等营养物质。经研究发现,蓝莓不仅具有极高的营养价值,还具有防止脑神经老化、抗癌、抗炎、保护肝脏、提高机体免疫力、保护视力等多种功能。因此,
