中国成年人血清FGF21水平与冠心病风险 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨成纤维细胞生长因子21(FGF21)血清浓度与冠心病及代谢特征之间的关系。方法随机选取480例患者,均进行冠脉造影检查,其中确诊为冠心病者262例,非冠心病者218例。测定受试者血清FGF21浓度、血糖、血脂、血压、胰岛素等一些指标。动脉硬化的程度以病变血管的数目进行评估。结果血清FGF21浓度冠心病组明显高于非冠心病组,并随着病变血管数目的增加,其浓度明显升高。调整年龄、性别、体重指数后,相关性分析显示血清FGF21与血清总胆固醇及甘油三酯呈正相关。结论血清FGF21水平与冠心病风险呈正相关,其水平升高可作为冠心病独立预测因素。
