胃癌诊断中肿瘤标志物CEA、CA19-9、CA125的水平变化及临床意义 被引量:38

摘要 目的探讨检测肿瘤标志物CEA、CA19-9、CA125在胃癌诊断中的意义。方法选取2011年2月至2013年2月于该院诊治的胃癌患者100例,所有患者均经胃镜检查以及病理切片检查证实,同时选取80例胃部良性病变患者以及80例正常健康人作为对照组。应用RIA、ELISA以及免疫组化方法检测血清以及组织中CEA、CA19-9、CA125的含量,分析三个指标单独检测以及联合检测对胃癌的诊断价值以及与临床参数之间的关系。结果胃癌患者血清及组织中的CEA、CA19-9、CA125含量显著高于对照组;三者联合检测,敏感度可提高至83%。血清中CEA、CA19-9以及CA125的浓度与胃癌的浸润深度、淋巴结转移相关;CEA浓度对胃癌的淋巴结转移的预测准确率较CA19-9、CA125更高(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者血清以及组织中CEA、CA19-9、CA125的表达对诊断胃癌有着重要的意义;联合检测三项指标可以有效提高诊断的敏感性和特异性;血清中CEA、CA19-9、CA125的浓度与胃癌的多项临床参数有相关性。
