摘要
目的:探究2002至2015年间我国大学生自杀态度的变化趋势及其性别差异。方法:检索中国知网和万方等数据库,选取以自杀态度问卷(SAQ)测量大学生自杀态度的文献,采用横断历史的元分析方法揭示大学生自杀态度的变迁趋势,采用一般元分析的方法考察自杀态度得分的性别差异。结果:共纳入文献41篇。我国大学生自杀态度总分和"对安乐死的态度"因子的得分与年代呈显著正相关;男生"对自杀行为性质的认识"和"对安乐死的态度"因子与年代呈显著正相关,女生自杀态度总分和"对自杀行为性质的认识"因子与年代呈显著正相关,但所有因子得分的性别差异无统计学意义。结论:近14年来大学生对自杀的反对程度增强,但不存在明显的性别差异。
Objective:To examine the changes in Chinese college students’suicide attitude from 2002 through 2015 and the gender difference.Methods:We collected the literature investigating college students by the Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(SAQ)in these years through the database of CNKI,Wanfang,and used the cross-temporal meta-analysis to examine the changes of Chinese college students’scores on the SAQ and the gender difference.Results:A total of 41 studies were included.The total score of suicide attitude and score of'the attitude about euthanasia'among college students increased significantly over time.The scores of'the attitude about quality of suicidal behavior'and'the attitude about euthanasia'with male college students,and the total score of suicide attitude and score of'the attitude about quality of suicidal behavior'with female college students increased significantly over time,but there was no significant gender difference in their suicide scores.Conclusion:Over the past 14 years,college students’attitude against suicide is enhanced,with no significant gender difference in scores on the SAQ.
