摘要
走差异化的内涵发展之路是民办本科高校的必然选择。新高考改革给民办本科高校带来了发展机遇,有利于其身份的重构。民办本科高校必须处理好学科建设和专业发展的关系,以学科建设支撑专业发展,争取以硕士学位点为核心的内涵平台建设。在政策诉求上,亟须政府解决办学经费来源单一的问题,建议对民办本科高校进行经费拨款;出台分类管理、差别扶持的政策,国家重点扶持若干所民办本科高校;重视民办本科高校师资队伍建设中的编制、职称、待遇等问题;通过政策引导,培养社会精英人才。
The development road of differential connotation is the inevitable choice of non-governmental undergraduate universities. The reform of the new university entrance examination provides them with major opportunities and is beneficial to their identity reconstruction. Non-governmental undergraduate universities must properly handle the relationship between discipline construction and subject development,taking discipline construction to support subject development,and strive for the platform construction with master degree program as the core content. On policy level,it needs the government to solve the problem of single source of funding,and it is recommended to fund based on student numbers. It shall introduce classification management,differential support policy,and for the state to focusing on supporting a number of non-governmental undergraduate universities,pay attention to the job establishment,job title and pay of the teachers in different provinces.
