摘要
"十二五"期间,我国民办本科高校要实现从"规模扩张"为主的外延式发展走向质量提升的内涵式发展学科建设是重要的基础。当前,我国民办本科高校的学科建设相对滞后,为此,本文提出应唤醒学科意识,营造学科文化,选择性地建设重点学科,加强师资队伍建设,从而推进民办本科高校内涵式发展。
From 2011 to 2015, Chinese civilian-run colleges and universities should transform from expansion-oriented denotative development to quality-oriented one. To meet this end, discipline construction is the basis for improving civilian- run colleges and universities. The present-day discipline construction of eivilian-run colleges and universities has lagged behind. Therefore, civilian-run colleges and universities should focus on disciplines, create relevant atmosphere, selectively construct key disciplines and enhance teaching staff construction to aehieve the promotion of connotative development through discipline construction.
