供给侧改革视域下民办高职院校内涵式发展探微

摘要 教学是民办高职院校内涵式发展的核心。由于民办高职院校既与学生存在着教学供给关系,又与社会存在着人才供给关系,依据供给侧改革原理,民办高职院校可通过学校有效配置优质教学资源、二级院系有效利用优质教学资源和教师有效打造优质教学资源等方面来提升教育质量。 Teaching is the top priority for private higher vocational colleges,which needs to not only supply teaching to students but also talents to the society.Based on the theory of supply-side reform,private higher vocational colleges can improve the teaching quality by allocating high-quality teaching resources through the school,utilizing high-quality teaching resources in the secondary colleges and departments,and creating quality teaching resources by teaching.
