摘要
文章通过文献资料法、实验法、数据统计等方法,对上海市杨思中学60名八年级学生实验前后的生理和心理指标进行测量,以探讨舞龙运动对中学生身心健康的影响机理。实验表明,通过4个月的课外舞龙锻炼,有效提高了学生的有氧耐力,增强了上下肢爆发力。
Through literature review, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper discusses the influential factor of dragon dance on the physical health of middle school students by analyzing the change of physical and mental health figure of 60 students in grade eight in Yangsi Middle School, Shanghai after the experiment. The study result indicates that, after four months of dragon dance extracurricular activity, the aerobic endurance of the students is improved, so is their explosive power of upper and lower limbs.
