摘要
阳光体育是2006年国家教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央共同提出的为增强我国青少年身体素质的体育工程。为进一步响应中央号召,同时发扬当地拳种——形意拳,太谷县将形意拳纳入阳光体育项目,走进校园,通过发展形意拳,以培养当地青少年吃苦耐劳的精神,提高身体素质和弘扬形意拳文化。本文将对形意拳在太谷县中小学的传承发展情况进行调查研究,通过文献资料法、调查问卷法、数据统计法对形意拳在传承发展中存在的问题进行研究探讨,并为进一步优化各中小学的形意拳教学体系提供理论依据。
The Sunshine Sports is a sports project jointly proposed by the Ministry of Education, the State General Administration of Sports and the Central Committee of Communist Youth League in 2006 for the enhancement of young people's physical quality in our country. In order to further respond to the call of the Central Committee while promoting the local boxing sort of xingyiquan(formand-will boxing) at the same time, Taigu County of Shanxi Province intends to bring xingyiquan into the Sunshine Sports Project and introduce it into campus. By developing xingyiquan, it is hoped to cultivate the spirit of enduring hardships anddoing hard work of local youth, enhance their physical quality, and carry forward xingyiquan culture. Through literature and data method, questionnaire survey method and data statistics method, this paper undertakes an investigation and research on the situation of inheritance and development of xingyiquan in primary and secondary schools in Taigu County, studies and discusses the existing problems in the inheritance and development of xingyiquan, and provides a theoretical basis for the further optimization of xingyiquan teaching system in primary and secondary schools.
