摘要
形意拳动作朴实、劲力精巧、体用兼备,深受人们喜欢。本文运用文献资料法和专家访谈法及逻辑分析法,对形意拳的简史和流派、形意拳的传统文化和形意拳的价值进行研究分析。研究表明:形意拳是集养生、技击、教育等文化价值为一体的现代武术项目,其对全民健身和国家战略的顺利实施具有积极的促进作用。
Xingyiquan(form-intention fist) is beloved by people for its simple style, exquisite strength-application and physical integrity. Through literature review,expert interview and logical analysis, this paper does an analysis on the brief history, style, traditional culture behind its value. The study result indicates that,xingyiquan is a kind of modern wushu event which combines health preservation,attack and defense, education and other cultural value together. Besides, it plays a positive role in promoting the citizens’ fitness and national strategy.
